The short version
Komorebi does not currently use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. The storefront uses essential browser storage to remember the items you choose to put in your cart.
Cart storage
The key komorebi-cart is stored in your browser's local storage. It contains product and quantity information so your cart survives a refresh and stays in sync across tabs. It remains on your device until you clear the cart or remove your browser data.
Hosted checkout
When you proceed to checkout, you leave this storefront for Shopify's hosted checkout. Shopify may use cookies and similar technologies needed to provide payment, security and checkout services. Its own notices apply there.
Consent
Essential storage used to provide a cart at your request does not require an accept-or-decline banner. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential storage is added later, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before that technology is enabled.
Your controls
You can remove local storage through your browser settings. Doing so clears your saved cart. Blocking all storage may prevent cart persistence from working as expected.
